What it means
にしたって means “even” or “even if,” and presents a condition, person, or situation as an extreme or unexpected case that does not change the speaker’s judgment or result. It can follow a noun, a verb in plain form, an i-adjective, or the stem of a na-adjective. The construction often has a concessive or emphatic nuance: even under that assumption, the main clause still holds.
Usage note
にしたって is less neutral and somewhat more conversational or emphatic than にしても. In formal writing and careful formal speech, にしても is usually the safer choice.
