What it means
ずくめ attaches to a noun and means that something is entirely characterized by, filled with, or made up of that noun. It is especially common with colors, clothing, and situations in which one quality or feature dominates completely. With a color noun, it often means that the whole outfit or visible appearance is that color.
Usage note
ずくめ often describes an overall state or appearance, whereas だらけ usually emphasizes an undesirable abundance of something. In the pattern NずくめのN, the second noun is the thing characterized entirely by N.
