What it means
からといって means “just because” or “even if” and rejects the assumption that the preceding fact necessarily leads to the following conclusion. It commonly follows a plain clause and is followed by a negative or limiting expression such as わけではない or とは限らない. The construction is used when correcting an overgeneralization or emphasizing that one condition alone is insufficient.
Usage note
からといって is usually not used as a complete statement by itself. The following clause normally denies, limits, or questions the expected result, so translating it simply as “even if” can miss its contrastive nuance.
How to use it

Just because he is a doctor, it does not mean that he can cure every illness.
この方法は便利だからといって、誰でも簡単に使えるわけではありません。
Just because this method is convenient, it does not mean that everyone can use it easily.
この製品は高いからといって、品質が優れているわけではありません。
Just because this product is expensive, it does not mean that its quality is superior.
彼が高い車を買うからといって、生活が豊かになるわけではありません。
Just because he buys an expensive car, it does not mean that his life will become affluent.
