What it means
てでも expresses a strong determination to do something even if doing so requires considerable effort, sacrifice, or an undesirable consequence. It is often translated as “even if one has to” or “by any means necessary.” The form usually follows a verb in the て-form and emphasizes that the speaker will accept the condition in order to achieve the following goal.
Usage note
てでも is stronger and more purposeful than ordinary ても, which simply means “even if” or “although.” It commonly appears with expressions of determination or necessity, and it is not normally used for a neutral statement of fact.
