What it means
Aも〜ばBも expresses that when one person or thing has a certain quality, performs an action, or meets a condition, another person or thing does so as well. It often presents two parallel cases rather than a strict cause-and-effect relationship. The first clause uses a conditional form, while the second clause states the corresponding fact about B. The pattern is common in neutral writing and careful speech.
Usage note
Aも〜ばBも can sound more like parallel listing than a real prediction. For a simple, direct condition with a clear result, use a standard conditional pattern such as 〜なら or 〜たら instead.
