What it means
〇〇とか〇〇とか lists representative examples of people, things, actions, or qualities. It means “things like...” or “among other things,” and shows that the list is not complete. The pattern can be used inside both familiar and polite sentences; the listing form itself does not change with politeness.
Usage note
The items before each とか should normally be parallel examples of the same kind. Unlike とか used alone, とか...とか clearly presents multiple representative examples, and it does not usually mean that all listed actions definitely happened.
