What it means
いくら〇〇ても expresses that a result does not change regardless of the degree or amount of something. It is commonly used with verbs to mean “no matter how much someone does something,” and with adjectives to mean “however [adjective].” The condition clause may be followed by either a familiar or polite main clause, depending on the overall register.
Usage note
With na-adjectives, use the adjective directly before でも, as in いくら便利でも. Do not confuse this pattern with いくらですか, which asks about price or amount.
