What it means
を通じて means “through” or “via.” It describes reaching an outcome by using an intermediary, channel, organization, activity, or other means. It can also describe something continuing throughout a period or across a group, depending on the noun before it. を通じて is relatively formal and is especially common in written, professional, and official contexts.
Usage note
を通じて is generally more formal than the similar を通して. In casual conversation, を通して is often the more natural choice, although を通じて is not incorrect.
